Fogerty Was AMAZING, Awesome Show!!
After years of boycotting John Fogerty because he refused to sing CCR songs, I saw that Asleep At The Wheel was coming to the Baltimore/DC Areas. My husband and I decided to buy tickets and see the concert. We found out that John realized a long time ago he is still selling concert tickets because of the songs he wrote and sang for CCR. John's concert was awesome. I had forgotten what a good guitar player he is and it was so nice to sit in the audience, listening to him sing songs I heard on my car radio back in the day over and over. To actually finally see the guy still singing them 40 years later was truly a very enjoyable evening for my husband and I. We hope to see John again on his next tour. This guy played and sang his heart out for over two hours. Would love to CCR reunite, but am a happy camper after just seeing John. Thanks John, for giving me the opportunity to relive the 1970's for a few hours after all these years.
